Went on a Tuesday evening, not too crowded. Sat in the sun room because the main restaurant was super cold. Service was quick and pleasant. However, the kitchen could not get my steak cooked correct. Medium well kept coming out cool and rare. They kept bringing back the same sides so they were cold as well. The salad bar was less than desirable with wilted salad and it was just a mess. Back of the house clearly needs work. Severs need to stay on top of the food coming out because ultimately you are the ones having to hear about it from unhappy guests

Awesome service, Fresh salad and so many different varieties on the Salad bar and the menu, Our order was fresh, Hot and very delicious. I recommend this place 1,000 times. I've been previously and also been the same, Great Management! 😀

Delicious hickory bacon bourbon sauce on steak! Extensive salad bar is always fresh and cold. Good service, enjoyed our meal.

Have not been to a Ruby Tuesday in many years. What a nice place. Our waitress was just the best! Prices good,food good,salad bar good. Ordered coffee after dinner it was freshly brewed. Great experience and will most definitely return.
